Three-leg Bench
This three-leg bench was built using salvaged material sourced from a local barn. The slab bench top was likely used as a farmer’s cutting block, indicated by the deep knife marks. As for the frame, the legs were taken from the rungs of an old ladder, while the support bar was originally the handle of a pickax.
The century-old barn this material came from has since been torn down, but fortunately the customer who ordered this piece has created a lasting family heirloom for generations to come.
