OUR LASER ENGRAVER'S CAPABILITIES

18" x 24"

Maximum Area

8.5"

Maximum Height

1/4"

Maximum Cutting Thickness

  • Maximum Area: The above specifications are the standard dimensions for our laser engraver. We can engrave anything of this size or smaller.
  • Maximum Height: The maximum height is based on the item being 18" x 24" inches. For items that are no larger than 23-1/2" x 17", it's possible to have a maximum height of 11".
  • Maximum Cutting Thickness: Our laser engraver's ability to cut through wood is largely dependent upon the wood's hardness. 1/4" thickness is possible with all softwood like cedar and pine, as well as some hardwood like cherry and walnut. For denser wood like hickory or hard maple, it will take several passes in order to cut through the material, which will likely cause significant charring along the outside of the piece.
